What to expect from a quote
The complete load, weight, stairs, parking and any agreed dismantling affect the work. Our pricing guide is a starting point. A small-pickup minimum is not a fixed price for every item or an entire property.
Tell us about changes before the crew starts removing items. If the load or access is different from the original description, ask for the revised scope and price to be confirmed first.

For a completed GTA rental-property cleanout, the on-site walkthrough revealed more items than the initial photos showed. The job required a revised quote before the full-house removal was completed.
For your cleanout, include every room and any items hidden behind the main pile. A walkthrough may be needed to confirm a larger job.

Check special requirements before booking
Flag hazardous materials, infestations, connected appliances or unusually heavy items before arranging pickup. Acceptance and any preparation need to be confirmed. Donation and recycling options depend on the item, its condition and the receiving facility; a pickup does not guarantee donation.
