How do you determine the price?
We price based on how much space your items take up in our truck, not by weight. The tiers above give you a rough idea. We always confirm the exact price on-site before lifting a finger — no surprises.
Are there any hidden fees?
None. The price we quote is the price you pay. No fuel surcharges, no environmental fees, no "oh we need a bigger truck" markups. Disposal and labour are included.
What if I'm not sure which tier I need?
Send us a few photos of what needs to go and we'll give you a free estimate within minutes. You can also describe it and we'll size it for you.
Do you charge for estimates?
Never. On-site estimates are 100% free. If you don't like the price, we leave — zero charge, zero pressure.
When do I pay?
After the job is done. We send you a payment link via text. You can pay by credit card or e-transfer.
